Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with SAYÜ. Each bag is a unique, handcrafted piece made with love and tradition in Colombia.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in perfect condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different product or store credit within the same 14-day period.
• If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be required to pay the difference.
• If it’s of lesser value, you’ll receive store credit for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at EMAIL with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll assess the situation and provide a solution. In these cases, SAYÜ will cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or personalized products
• Requests made after the return window
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at EMAIL with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
